Paritosh Mishra
I'm an MBA student at XLRI Jamshedpur with 4.5 years of experience delivering high-impact engineering solutions across global energy infrastructure. I began my career at Black & Veatch as a Piping Stress Analyst, where I worked on cutting-edge LNG and oil & gas projects in the North America, South America and Asia-Pacific regions. Over time, I grew from a technical specialist into a cross-functional project leader — managing teams across three countries, designing onboarding frameworks that reduced engineer ramp-up time by, and earning recognition as one of only 2 engineers selected out of 200 for an exclusive high-potential project leadership program. In 4.5 years, I have consistently sought to solve complex organizational and engineering problems through structured thinking and self-initiated solutions, while building teams that are confident, capable, and independently effective. I believe that the best leaders earn credibility through results, grow through honest feedback, and create the most lasting impact when technical depth is paired with strategic vision a conviction that drives my transition into strategy consulting.
