I am Nyesha Sen, a Mechanical Engineer and currently an MBA student with 5.5 years of experience in engineering and consulting. I began my career at Forbes Marshall Pvt. Ltd., progressing from core R&D design and product prototyping to leading new product development, startup collaborations, and cross-functional teams. I later joined Fairfield Equipment Pvt. Ltd. as a Consultant, where I drove the shift from 2D to 3D design, implemented predictive maintenance solutions, and helped build the company's R&D function. Throughout these roles, I have strived to break down complex problems creatively while fostering strong, collaborative teams. I believe that a balance of analytical thinking and a people-first mindset is key to effective leadership and a conviction that I aim to carry into a career in management consulting.

Start-Up Tech Transfer
- I managed to work with three startups that agreed to a joint venture with Forbes Marshall. The pilot project turned out to be a massive project valued at close to 50cr.
Solar Panels generating in house 2 bar gauge steam.
- I managed to make a rig that tested out solar panels to generate steam at upto 2 bar gauge. The prototype was also ready for manufacturing.
Headed CSR at Fairfield Equipment Pvt Ltd
- Headed a CSR initiative called EK Koshish to help educate and alleviate the overall condition of underprivileged children.
