Disha Gupta
I'm an MBA student at XLRI Jamshedpur pursuing the PGDM GM programme, with close to 4 years of work experience across research, strategy, and corporate development. I began my career at KPMG Global Services, where I supported KPMG member firms globally through end-to-end research, data visualisation, and business development deliverables. I then moved to Accenture's Corporate Development team, where I was promoted from Associate to Analyst and led origination and evaluation of acquisition and investment targets for Accenture and Accenture Ventures. In this role, I owned pre-deal due diligence, investment analyses, and cross-functional workstreams, while also championing AI adoption and building internal tools to automate deal-support workflows. Across both roles, I've worked at the intersection of analytical rigour and strategic thinking, and I believe that combining sharp problem-solving with clear communication is what drives meaningful outcomes in fast-moving environments.
