Divya Aswani
Over 3.7 years at EY India, I have built a consulting foundation spanning strategy, transactions, and technology across the public and private sectors. I began in the Strategy & Transactions vertical, helping establish the Government & Public Sector strategy consulting team from the ground up. My primary focus was on economic development and infrastructure engagements for central and state governments. Starting with World Food India event as an Implementation Consultant, I helped the Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MoFPI) to address India's food security concerns by developing solutions around the existing food processing architecture, curating 30+ investor sessions, and planning a dedicated pavilion that secured extensions on solution implementation resulting in foreign Investment of 320 Cr for improvement of warehousing and other logistical services. I later moved to Technology Consulting, where two engagements stood out for me. For RailTel's AI Centre of Excellence (CoE) with Microsoft, I identified 20+ AI use cases projecting ₹45+ crore in business impact across the public sector. For GSTN's B2C Invoicing initiative, I collaborated on an advisory note presented to the CEO, benchmarking 15+ countries' invoicing reforms, mapping India's vendor landscape, and proposing tailored adoption and incentive strategies. Now at XLRI, I look to build on these experiences, bringing structured thinking and a collaborative mindset to drive outcomes at scale.
