XLRI Endowment Fund
XLRI Endowment Fund [XEF] is a platform whereby the alumni can acknowledge XLRI’s contribution in their lives and thereby assist XLRI to remain a strong brand. Endowment Funds the world over are created to ensure that their Alma Mater, the brand remains strong throughout its life. XEF was established in 2008. As on date, we have received contributions exceeding Rs.6 crores from 360 alumni. Two major contributors are: Batch of 1989 (Rs.1.5 crores) and Batch of 1984 (Rs.60 lakhs). Acknowledging their contribution, XLRI has named two bigger-size classrooms in our newly constructed Learning Center. Brand XLRI is strong because of your achievements. A strong brand needs to be nurtured regularly. We need your support. Over the years, XLRI and its campus has become bigger and better and most of the infrastructural facilities are now of world standards. We now have more than 80 permanent faculty. At any point of time, more than 1,000 students are now staying on the campus. Besides India, XEF-USA has a separate website of its own. It is governed by US-based senior alumni. Contributions in USA would enable the alumni to obtain the benefit of IRS. XLRI appeals to all alumni to contribute generously to their Alma Mater. It is the alumni who can make a difference to this very fine Jesuit business school that you have been privileged to be a part of.
- Upgrade the existing physical infrastructure to world class standards
- Create Chair Professorships
- Provide scholarships or loans to needy students
- Support Global Research of XLRI and its Faculty
- Support the expenses for Global Branding of XLRI
- Support the social initiatives of XLRI in the area of education for poor, rural entrepreneurship and alike on a sustained basis.
