Manasi Potnis
Over a span of 4 years at Dell Technologies, I grew from an intern to owning critical platform infrastructure serving multiple enterprise business units. I led end-to-end development, management and evolution of several enterprise data platforms - driving cross-functional initiatives spanning platform architecture, self-service automation, cloud-to-on-premises migrations, and collaborating closely with external vendors to evaluate and integrate new technologies. Working closely with business stakeholders and enterprise clients, I consistently translated ambiguous requirements into scalable, high-impact solutions. My work has sat at the intersection of technology, product thinking, and measurable business impact - from reducing manual effort by up to 90% through automation, to onboarding 20+ enterprise clients under compressed timelines. Now as an MBA student at XLRI Jamshedpur (PGDM-GM), I'm building on that foundation to move into roles where I can apply structured problem-solving and technical depth to drive business outcomes at scale.
