I'm an MBA student at XLRI, Jamshedpur, with 3.8 years of experience in procurement consulting at GEP Worldwide. I began supporting category managers across large, complex portfolios before progressively taking on independent ownership of sourcing categories and tail-spend management. Over time, I led high-impact sourcing events, built analytical tools that improved spend visibility across teams, and played a central role in one of my engagements' largest strategic initiatives. My work was recognised with GEP's Achiever's Award. Beyond client delivery, I was a core member of GEP Pride India, driving meaningful policy reform on LGBTQ+ inclusion, and earlier led NIT Trichy's flagship cultural festival as chief coordinator.
