I'm an MBA student at XLRI Jamshedpur with close to four years of work experience in product management and analytics. I began my career at Darwinbox, one of Asia's leading enterprise HRMS platforms, where I started as a Product Analyst on the Core HRMS team. I worked on designing features used by large enterprise clients, built product analytics using Pendo to understand how customers actually engaged with the platform, and coordinated across multiple modules to keep the experience consistent end to end. I also drove multilingual operations so the product could serve a global user base. Over time, I earned a promotion to Senior Product Analyst, mentored newer analysts, and was recognized with the company's "Exemplary Contributor" award. Across these years, I've tried to solve complex product problems by pairing hard data with a clear sense of the user, believing that the strongest products come from balancing analytical rigor with genuine empathy for the people who use them.

- Authored over 200 PRDs and design documents for Core HRMS modules covering employee lifecycle, org structure, and access controls; tracked features from discovery through production release.
