Anwesha Paul
I'm a General Management MBA student at XLRI Jamshedpur with 5 years of diverse work experience across academic research and the AI-driven biotech space. I began my career as a Department of Biotechnology Junior Research Fellow at the National Centre for Biological Sciences (NCBS-TIFR), where I conducted independent biophysical research and modelled complex datasets, laying a strong data-driven foundation. Later, I transitioned to immunitoAI, where I was involved in R&D strategy and synthesised complex validation data into compelling strategic narratives that supported a $6.1 million Series A fundraise. As a scientist transitioning into the business world, my ultimate goal is to bridge the gap between scientific innovation and commercial strategy, leveraging my dual perspective to drive transformative, real-world impact.
