      CRUX

      CRUX, XLRI student society
      CRUX is a co-curricular committee at XLRI dedicated to preparing students for successful careers in consulting. The committee's core work revolves around equipping students with the skills and confidence to ace consulting roles through case interview preparation, guesstimate workshops, mock interviews, and one-on-one mentorship. CRUX leads the prestigious Orion national strategy case competition and Synergy, XLRI's annual consulting fest, while also publishing the XLRI Annual Consulting and HR Casebooks comprehensive resources featuring 300+ cases, guesstimates, and industry insights used by 50+ B-schools across the country. The team manages XLRI's pioneering online consulting casebook platform, hosting cases from top consulting firms, podcasts, industry primers, and other prep tools. CRUX also works closely with industry leaders to deliver guest lectures, facilitates live project opportunities with corporates, and drives end-to-end event management, sponsorship, and stakeholder engagement for all consulting-related initiatives on campus
