Hailing from Chandigarh, a city known for its vibrant culture and planned simplicity, I have always been driven by the pursuit of excellence across academics, extracurricular activities, and my professional career. After completing my B.Com, I stepped into the world of assurance at EY Global Delivery Services, where I have worked on complex audit engagements for US-based Wealth & Asset Management clients, primarily hedge funds under the US GAAP framework. Auditing entities with combined Assets under Management exceeding $100 billion has strengthened my analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and stakeholder management skills while exposing me to diverse global teams and business environments. Beyond my core responsibilities, I have actively contributed to mentoring team members, supporting client transitions, and driving process improvements through automation initiatives. These experiences have helped me develop a strong sense of ownership, adaptability, and leadership, earning me multiple recognitions, including the Extraordinaire Award, SPOT Awards, and GDS User Recognition Awards. As a Basketball enthusiast, I strongly believe that sports instil discipline, resilience, teamwork, and leadership. Whether on the court or in the workplace, I enjoy bringing people together and working towards shared goals. At XLRI, I bring a blend of professional rigour, leadership experience, and a collaborative mindset, along with a constant desire to learn, contribute, and create meaningful impact.
