Course Details

Strategic management is no longer confined to top management or corporate headquarters. Middle-level managers increasingly play a critical role in organizational decision-making, yet many are not fully familiar with the tools and frameworks of strategic management. A strategic perspective helps organizations move beyond functional silos and align decisions with broader organizational goals. This programme will help participants analyze internal and external business environments, develop competitive advantage, and understand how organizations formulate and implement strategies for long-term growth and profitability. The programme combines conceptual learning with practical managerial application through LIVE online sessions, case discussions, project work, industry masterclasses, and a campus immersion component at XLRI.
