Strategic Organizational Leadership for AI Era Integrating People, Systems & AI

A 10-month leadership development programme for senior professionals who will shape how AI transforms their organizations.

Most leaders were never trained for what AI demands. AI-LEAD™ fills this gap by developing the personal capacity, strategic judgment, and organizational design ability that this moment requires.

You will learn to…

  • Lead yourself and others through continuous ambiguity
  • Make strategic decisions about AI with confidence
  • Design organizations where humans and AI collaborate
  • Have the difficult conversations this moment requires
  • Build learning systems, not just implement solutions

What This Programme Is NOT

  • Not AI coding or data science
  • Not a certification in AI tools
  • Not training to become a power user
  • Not future-of-work speculation

You will experience AI firsthand—but with an objective to develop leadership judgment, not technical proficiency.

This is leadership development for those who will shape how AI transforms their organizations. You don’t need to design the tools yourself—but you must know how to get teams to work with you on this.

Curriculum Overview

Program Contents

The program is structured across seven integrated phases to help leaders build adaptive capacity, strengthen strategic judgment, redesign organizations for AI enablement, and lead transformation with resilience.

01

Phase 1: Orientation & Foundations

  • Introduction to Adaptive Intelligence Leadership (AIL) as an integrative leadership paradigm.
  • Leadership challenges understood as:
    • Complex rather than linear
    • Systemic rather than functional
    • Learning-driven rather than execution-driven
  • Organizations viewed as complex adaptive systems.
  • Limits of technology-only solutions for leadership problems.
02

Phase 2: Personal Adaptive Capacity

  • Self-awareness and leadership identity in technology-mediated contexts.
  • Learning agility, cognitive adaptability, and reframing.
  • Emotional grounding under sustained pressure.
  • Personal adaptation during transformation.
  • Adaptive Intelligence Leadership Assessment (AILA) as a developmental mirror, not a test.
03

Phase 3: AI Clarity & Strategic Judgment

  • Executive-level understanding of AI and Generative AI, including capabilities and limits.
  • Hands-on executive usage of AI for prompting, reasoning, and delegation.
  • Strategy reframed for AI-enabled environments.
  • Decision-making with AI support and human-in-the-loop logic.
  • Cognitive bias in human and algorithmic systems, and leadership oversight.
  • Translating AI capability into explicit strategic choices.

  • Organizational learning systems.

Industry Expert Series (1 Session)

  • Leading transformation at scale.
06

Phase 6: Ethics, Culture & Long-Term Resilience

  • Culture as an adaptive system.
  • Ethics and governance by design, not compliance.
  • Defining what AI should not decide.
  • Long-term resilience at leadership and system levels.
07

Phase 7: Integration & Commitment
