First ever virtual Maxi Fair to conclude on a high note with a live concert by Aastha Gill and Stavya Kaila

31st January, 2021

The second day of the 42nd MAXI Fair has been a delight for all involved. People from all over the country along with the residents of Jamshedpur have signed up to attend the biggest virtual Mela of the year with an overall footfall of several thousand!

The day started with the event Art Attack by Booklustic and Tagme Furnitures, which witnessed an overwhelming response from 100+ children who let their creativity run wild by awakening their inner Picasso, which was evident from the amount of time the judges had to spend to decide the winners. The hampers that were specially curated by the sponsors were appreciated by all.

A new addition to the events this year was Cricket Mania, a pan-India cricket quiz organized in partnership with UCO Bank. The event received one of the highest numbers of registrations from all over the country with 50 participants making it to the grand final. The flagship event, 'Jamshedpur's Favourite Family' presented by TYMK Wellness saw families from across Jamshedpur come together to answer questions related to the wonderful city of Jamshedpur along with some brand and marketing trivia. The final was hosted by Radio City RJ Manoj for the ultimate prize of a TV worth 15,000 with hampers for top 5 families, and of course year-long bragging rights upon being crowned Jamshedpur's favourite family.

MAXI Fair 2021 is set to end on the highest of notes with a live online concert by music sensation, Aastha Gill. The concert will also feature an opening act by the talented Stavya Kaila. The efforts put in by MAXI over the last one year have indeed paid off, and the first ever online MAXI Fair has received extremely positive reviews from Jamshedpur and beyond.
