After many years of offering certificates in Business Management and Human Resource Management, we finally launched long duration programs in Business Analytics and Senior Leadership in 2017 and 2018 respectively. In fact, I am happy to announce that the first ever batch of Business Analytics certificate graduates from XLRI are sitting in our midst today. In a short span of time, we launched more than twenty specialized e-Management Development Programs. Last year, virtual courses were launched for corporate clients for the first time by VIL. Finance for Non-Finance Executives was conducted for executives of Hindustan Petroleum and SANY Industries. The programs received excellent reviews, and more such programs are expected in the future.” He also shared updates on the XLRI VIL Programs over the years.
