The Communication Club, Auracia, of XLRI, Jamshedpur is proud to announce its upcoming International CEO Conclave “Avensis” to be held on 17th and 18th February 2023. The two-day event will bring together some of the most successful business leaders from around the world to share their insights, experiences, and visions for the future of the industry.
The theme for this year's conclave is "Transforming Business: People, Purpose, Predictability". With the rapidly changing business landscape, it's more important than ever for leaders to be able to adapt to new challenges and opportunities. This year's keynote speakers and panellists will offer their unique perspectives on how to navigate these disruptions and emerge stronger on the other side.
In addition to the keynote addresses, there will also be interactive panel discussions, networking opportunities, and a Q&A session with the speakers. Attendees will have the chance to engage with the speakers and each other, learning from their experiences and sharing their own insights.
The event will be facilitated and organized by Mr. Shivank Chaudhary, Ms. Aparajita Chaudhuri, Mr. Bharat Avasthi, Mr. Suman Saurav Mishra, Ms. Dilpreet Kaur, Mr. Shantanu, Mr. Akshay Mali , Mr. Surbhit Parandiyal, Ms. Pallavi Dutta, Mr. Sumit Mudgal, Ms. Sarayu S Nair, Ms. Sanjana Varshney, Mr. Saurabh Kothari and XLRI PGDM (GM)’s Auracia – The Communication Club.
On Day 1 that is the 17th Feb 2023, the distinguished speakers who will be inaugurating the international CEO Conclave Avensis- include Rahul Purwar (IAS), Secretary- Higher & Technical Education- Jharkhand as the Chief Guest, Ananya Mittal (IAS), DC - West Singhbhum, Ms Vijaya Jadhav (IAS), DC - East Singhbhum, Mr Prabhat Kumar (IPS), SSP East Singhbhum; Arava Rajkamal (IAS), DC- Seraikela, Piyush Sinha (IAS), SDM Dhalbhum Jamshedpur East Singhbhum as the Guest of Honour. The event will be hosted by Mr. Bharat Avasthi, then moderated by Mr. Shivank Chaudhary and Ms. Aparajita Chaudhuri followed by conclusion by Mr. Suman Saurav Mishra.
On the Second day of the event on 18th Feb 2023, XLRI will start with an Introduction by Mr. Shantanu and Mr. Shivank Chaudhary, followed by a Panel Discussion on “Conflict management in the cross-functional project teams in an international corporate environment”, moderated by Ms. Dilpreet Kaur. The dignitaries in the panel comprise of Vikas Kaushik, CEO, Tech Ahead, Los Angeles USA,
Gaurav Verma, Chief Operating Officer, US India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF), New York, US, Sunil Rana, CEO, Vyzrd, Australia, Dr Harish Pillai, Chief Executive Officer, Metro Pacific Health (MPH), Philippines, and Mr Palash Nandy, CEO, Legrand Australia and New Zealand.
Hosted by Ms. Pallavi Dutta and Mr. Surbhit Parandiyal will be individual addresses from Mr Rajesh Sethuraman, CEO / President Director Indonesia & Business Head ASEAN, Godrej Consumer Products, Jakarta, Indonesia, and Sandeep Uppal, CEO, HSBC, Philippines.
Panel 2 will be based on the theme on “Epiphany of Business Transformations: People, Purpose or Profits?”, moderated by Mr. Shantanu and presided by Dr Ramamurthy Venkatesh, Chief Executive Officer, NETS International, UAE, Rajesh Kumar, CEO and MD, OPV Pharma Vietnam, RVK Myanmar, Suman Bose, Board Member and Investor of multiple companies, Singapore, and Pankaj Aggarwal, CEO and Founder, Tag Hive Inc, South Korea.
Succeeded by individual addresses from Girish Sharma, CEO, Colgate Tolaram, Lagos, Nigeria on the topic “Transforming Business- Change is the only constant”, Anshuman Anand, CEO R&B (KSA) Vice President, Apparel Group, Dubai on the topic “Transforming Business & People”, and Suresh Sundararajan, CEO, Olam Ventures & Olam Technology & Business Services, Singapore, on the topic ‘Purpose & Profit’ - Staying Relevant in Changing Times! This section will be hosted by Mr. Sumit Mudgal and Ms. Sarayu S Nair. Then there will be a fireside chat with Puneet Kukreja, Senior Partner – Cyber, EY, Ireland moderated by Ms. Sanjana Varshney.
Panel 3 will be themed on “Role of workforce in lean Start- Ups”, moderated by Mr. Sohrab Faraz and chaired by Rakesh Dighe, CEO, Risk Quotient, London, UK, Mallikarjun Rao, Chief Technology & Information officer, Telefónica Germany, Munich, Suchi Shinde, Senior Partner and Co Founder, Rightsourcing, GmbH, Remshalden, Germany and Suneet Walia, CEO, Soterius Inc, New Jersey, US.
The grand event will be concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Ms. Aparajita Chaudhuri of XLRI summarizing the whole session & bringing it to a delightful close.
