EL is an enthusiastic, passionate, committed and creative team of seven senior executive members (including the committee secretary) from the second year, and six junior executive members from the first year of both the BM and PMIR courses at XLRI. Dr Madhukar Shukla, a professor at XLRI in the Organizational Behavior and Strategic Management areas since 1990, is the faculty advisor to the External Linkages Cell.
